Project: Ecoturismo Brasil! Sustainable Travel 
Designed Through: University of Minnesota, Twin Cities - Grand Challenge
Team Members: Becan Schindler, Tanner Mierow, Annie McGinn, Jordan Smelter

This project asked our group to locate a specific problem due to the drastic increase of population and design a solution for it focusing on three sustainability development goals. We chose to focus on tourism and the environmental impacts that human populations have created. The three sustainability development goals we chose was Life Below Water, Life on Land, and Climate action.

Continuing with this project we narrowed down our focus to include ecotourism and the idea to create a virtual world to limit the travel traffic of the Amazon Rainforest, or Pantanal. We chose to create a device that allowed users to enter the rainforest through virtual reality and explore at the comfort of their home. Below includes the final presentation for this project as well as the final paper.
